All coaching services and communication, including email or other channels, provided by Bodi Mack LLC (BM) and information found on www.bodimack.com are intended to cater to your curiosity in the topics presented and, if possible, aid you in your personal growth. However, please note that any satisfaction with a particular service, course, or material is subjective, and we do not guarantee that you will like, agree with, or gain any results from any particular offering, course, or materials. BM is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and is not intended to replace medical advice or psychological treatment.
By purchasing coaching services, courses, or materials from BM, you confirm that you have read and agree to each of the following statements and wish to proceed:
– I understand that any coaching services, courses, or materials I receive from BM are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I also understand that BM is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional.
– I understand that coaching is an unregulated industry, and BM is not licensed by Colorado or any other state/country. For legal purposes, the services provided by BM will be considered to be provided in Colorado, USA.
– I understand and accept that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my coaching sessions, course participation, and material intake, including my choices and decisions.
– I understand that the offerings of BM are not a replacement for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use these offerings instead of any form of therapy.
– I understand that all comments and ideas offered by BM are solely to help me achieve my defined intentions. I have the ability to give informed consent, and I hereby give such consent to BM to help me achieve such intentions.
– I understand that BM will treat my information as confidential in accordance with our privacy policy. If I report child, elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken and my confidentiality agreement limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if BM is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, she will do so to the extent the law requires.
– I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Zoom/Skype, and other technology.
– I understand that if BM suggests that I purchase any additional products or services, whether from this site or elsewhere, I am not required to do so, and any such purchase will be at my own risk and subject to any terms and conditions presented at the time of such purchase.
– By engaging in business with BM, I release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge BM, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees from every claim, suit, action, demand, or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising from acts or omissions by myself or by BM as a result of the advice given by BM or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
